<Product features>
● This is a standard bag (plastic bag) with a 90L size, width 900mm x height 1000mm and thickness 0.040mm.
●This is a standard blue transparent (clear blue) bag (plastic bag) that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as storing, preserving, and dividing up various items.
● By blending metallocene with low-density polyethylene, strength is significantly increased.
● This is a standard bag (polyethylene bag) made of a smooth, soft material that is highly flexible, resistant to stretching, and resistant to protrusions.
●Can be used in a wide range of situations, including food factories and processing plants, food preparation sites, kitchens and cafeterias.
● After use, it can also be used as a garbage bag.
●This product complies with the Food Sanitation Act.
<Precautions for use>
・This bag poses a choking hazard to infants and children. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
・Do not place in high temperature locations such as on a gas stove, in an oven, in a range with an oven function, or in a toaster oven. The bag may melt and become unusable.
-Please be aware that the material may tear if you put something with protrusions in the bag.
- Please note that friction, close contact (with floors, walls, other materials), or adhesion (with water, oil, alcohol disinfectant, etc.) to the printed surface of the package may cause the print to transfer or discolor.
・Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places. This may cause discoloration.
- An odor produced during polyethylene processing may remain in the product, but this does not affect safety or hygiene.
-The printing colour of the cardboard and packaging may vary slightly depending on the country of manufacture.
<Material Description>
[LLDPE: Linear low-density polyethylene]
It is an abbreviation for Linear Low Density Polyethylene and is also known as linear low-density polyethylene (linear loden or loden).
It has a smooth and soft texture and is transparent in color. It has average tear strength and tensile strength. This type is generally referred to as low-density polyethylene.
LLDPE is a polyethylene that has superior sealing performance and physical strength to LDPE and is being used as the new main raw material instead of LDPE.
The heat resistance temperature is 70℃ to 90℃ (this does not indicate the heat resistance temperature of the product).
[Metallocene (M-LLDPE): Metallocene polyethylene]
It is an abbreviation for metallocene polyethylene and is a type of LLDPE. Polyethylene raw material produced using a "metallocene catalyst" is generally called "metallocene".
This LLDPE is polymerized using a metallocene catalyst, and the bonding strength between ethylene molecules is stronger than that of conventional LLDPE, resulting in significantly increased impact strength and tear strength.
By mixing it with conventional raw materials and manufacturing the product, the impact strength and tear strength are increased, making it possible to make thinner products than conventional products, thereby saving resources and creating products with a low environmental impact.
