<Product features>
● This garbage bag (plastic bag) is 90mm wide x 900mm long and 1000mm thick, suitable for a 0.020L trash can.
● Comes in a box for easy storage. Folded even further (1/8 fold) than the regular product (1/16 fold).
● It comes in a compact box, so it can be placed in a small space and easy to take out one sheet at a time.
●Can be used for multiple purposes, such as as a garbage bag or for storage.
● It is mainly made of high-density polyethylene, which is a crunchy material.
● This garbage bag (plastic bag) has excellent vertical tensile strength and remains strong even when made thin.
● A highly flexible blend of materials increases the strength of the bottom seal. This garbage bag (polyethylene bag) is easy to stretch and tie.
●Can be used in a wide range of situations, including building cleaning, the food service industry, and restaurants.
●For non-food use.
<Precautions for use>
・This bag poses a choking hazard to infants and children. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
・Do not place in high temperature locations such as on a gas stove, in an oven, in a range with an oven function, or in a toaster oven. The bag may melt and become unusable.
-Please be aware that the material may tear if you put something with protrusions in the bag.
- Please note that friction, close contact (with floors, walls, other materials), or adhesion (with water, oil, alcohol disinfectant, etc.) to the printed surface of the package may cause the print to transfer or discolor.
・Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places. This may cause discoloration.
- An odor produced during polyethylene processing may remain in the product, but this does not affect safety or hygiene.
-Since the packaging is made of paper, paper powder may occasionally adhere to the product from the perforations when opening the packaging.
-The printing colour of the cardboard and packaging may vary slightly depending on the country of manufacture.
<Material Description>
[HDPE: High density polyethylene]
It is an abbreviation for High Density Polyethylene and is called high density polyethylene (Hi-den).
It has a crispy texture and a frosted, translucent color. It has excellent tensile strength. The film's stiffness means that it maintains its tensile strength even when made thin.
Its tensile strength is much greater than that of LDPE, but its tear strength is inferior, and once a cut is made in it, it will easily tear vertically.
It has excellent heat resistance of approximately 90°C to approximately 110°C (this does not indicate the heat resistance temperature of the product).
[LLDPE: Linear low-density polyethylene]
It is an abbreviation for Linear Low Density Polyethylene and is also known as linear low-density polyethylene (linear loden or loden).
It has a smooth and soft texture and is transparent in color. It has average tear strength and tensile strength. This type is generally referred to as low-density polyethylene.
LLDPE is a polyethylene that has superior sealing performance and physical strength to LDPE and is being used as the new main raw material instead of LDPE.
The heat resistance temperature is approximately 70℃ to approximately 90℃ (this does not indicate the heat resistance temperature of the product).
[Metallocene (M-LLDPE): Metallocene polyethylene]
It is an abbreviation for metallocene polyethylene and is a type of LLDPE. Polyethylene raw material produced using a "metallocene catalyst" is generally called "metallocene".
This LLDPE is polymerized using a metallocene catalyst, and the bonding strength between ethylene molecules is stronger than that of conventional LLDPE, resulting in significantly increased impact strength and tear strength.
By mixing it with conventional raw materials and manufacturing the product, the impact strength and tear strength are increased, making it possible to make thinner products than conventional products, thereby saving resources and creating products with a low environmental impact.
